My name is Irene Navarro and when I got to the course taught by master gelato maker Carlos Arribas , I felt a little lost and disillusioned with the world of ice cream. After a while of being in your class and see tranquility and passion with transmitting his knowledge after years of work , who have the patience to repeat what you do not understand the times necessary and make the whole group is bound to create and enjoy making ice cream, you start to believe that you too and when you go with a head full of formulas, with your diploma and a full stomach having tried 20 ice cream created in the course , just want to get to your desk to keep making ice cream.
