Attending the course TECHNOLOGY ICE CREAM CRAFTSMAN has served me well to learn how to make the recipe for ice cream controlling all its parameters, to understand the importance of selecting the right raw materials in the final product and as good habits in the process manufacturing can play a determining factor in the quality of ice cream. I also found it very interesting as this course gives you the opportunity to be independent in the selection of raw materials as you can at least choose between working with recipes that will provide a supplier of pasta or select your ingredients and work with them under your quality criteria .
